Keyboard
Default binds. Most are rebindable in FiveM › Settings › Key Bindings.
Commands
Type these in the chat box (open with T or Enter).
- /me <message>
Describe an action your character does. Seen by nearby players.
- /do <message>
Describe a scene, object, or state around you. Seen by nearby players.
- /say <message>
Say something out loud to nearby players.
- /ooc <message>
Out-of-character server-wide chat.
- /b <message>
Local out-of-character chat. Only nearby players see it.
- /pm <id> <message>
Send a private message to a player by ID.
- /setfrequency <channel>
Join a radio channel.
- /radio <message>
Talk in your current radio channel.
- /leaveradio
Leave your radio channel.
- /vol <1-100>
Set your radio / phone volume.
- /advert <message>
Publish a paid advertisement to the whole server.
$1,000 - /report <message>
Report an issue to on-duty staff.
- /cash
Show the cash in your pocket.
- /bank
Show your bank balance.
- /dispatch <message>
Send a dispatch over the police radio.

Learn the essentials
Your two most-used tools are /me and /do for roleplay, and the Left Alt targeting eye to interact with the world. Open your inventory with F2.
Find work
Press F5 for the job menu to pick up legal work and start earning. Check /cash and /bank to track your money.
